Part of the Streets in the Sky Collection this hand cast concrete cube has a small geometric silver insert, which represents the aerial view of the three sided blocks at Park Hill Flats. As a big fan of 1960s brutalist architecture I wanted to create a collection that combined concrete with precious metals to represent this iconic style of architecture.

The Park Hill complex, whether you love or hate it, has to be one of the best examples of this style of architecture there is, and it’s become an iconic part of the Sheffield skyline.

The cube is around 2cm across and is tension set in recycled silver wire. The pendant is attached to a 16 inch delicate belcher chain, which fastens with a handmade u-shaped clasp making it ideal as a statement piece or something that can be worn everyday.
